Best Vegetarian Websites

The best vegetarian websites provide all sorts of information on a variety of subjects, from recipes to fitness to nutrition. But there are so many to choose from, it can be hard to decide where to start. To help you get started, I've listed some of my favorites here.

Erin Alderson

If you're a vegetarian, you may already know about Erin Alderson, the blogger behind Naturally Ella. This former fast-food and processed meat eater recently converted to a plant-based diet. Now, she's making the transition from local food blogger to cookbook author. She has a couple of cookbooks out, as well as a vegetarian cooking zine, Casual. You can learn more about her and her work on her websites.

The Easy Vegetarian Kitchen by Erin Alderson is a cookbook that can help you make simple and satisfying vegetarian meals. It's a collection of more than 75 recipes, plus a bonus section of easy-to-follow instructions. The cookbook features Anson Mills polenta, a piece on miso, and recipes for Mexican vegetarian cooking. There are also links to books on kimchi, miso, and heritage Japanese instruction.

Erin's food is comforting, but not overly preachy. Her blog, From the Kitchen, is full of tasty vegetarian meals, and she also publishes a seasonal vegetarian cooking zine, Casual. Some of her favorite foods include croissants, coffee, homemade pumpkin spice lattes, hiking, and NorCal wine.

You can find hundreds of Erin's delicious vegetarian recipes online. Try her Vegan Mexican Rice and Beans, Thai Coconut Chicken with Rice and Napa cabbage, or the Korean Vegan. All of her recipes are easy to follow, and the cookbook is available in print and digital formats.

There are even several forums and community pages for aficionados to congregate and swap tales. The Eco-VeganGal is an excellent resource for aficionados. The site also boasts a small team of dedicated writers, designers, and photographers to maintain the quality of its product and the overall customer experience.

Jenne Claiborne

Jenne Claiborne is a vegan chef, food blogger, and YouTube vlogger who has a well rounded life. She is also a certified health coach, and has an impressive list of endorsements, including the likes of John Mackey and Chloe Coscarelli.

Aside from her illustrious career, she has a book to her credit. Her bestselling cookbook, Sweet Potato Soul, is a testament to her culinary acumen. While she was experimenting with plant-based dishes, she was also pursuing her acting dreams. Not to mention the fact that she's a busy mama. Since giving birth last year, she's focused on personal growth, with an eye towards 2020.

Jenne Claiborne's vegetarian website is an enlightened look into the world of wholesome and tasty plant-based cuisine. The site includes hundreds of recipes, as well as tips on how to keep your vegan dishes looking their best.

In addition to her website, she has an impressive YouTube channel. As you can imagine, her videos feature some of her signature vegan creations. With over 500,000 subscribers, she has a pretty big social media presence. This isn't surprising, considering her popularity among the vegan set. One of the biggest challenges she faced in getting started was finding a recipe website that suited her tastes and lifestyle.

Nisha

Nisha's vegetarian website and blog, Rainbow Plant Life, features healthy vegan recipes. Her cooking style strikes a perfect balance between delicious and nourishing. She shows her followers how to create easy, family-friendly meals with easy-to-find ingredients.

Nisha's food is based on Jamaican cuisine, which features a variety of flavors. Many spices are used in the dishes. This cuisine is mostly vegan, and consists of fruits, vegetables, and minimal red meat.

In addition to her blog and cookbooks, Nisha is also a registered dietitian. She started her cooking website and Instagram account to show the world how to make simple, tasty, and inexpensive plant-based meals.

She uses ingredients such as tahini to provide a more digestible substitute to milk. Two tablespoons of tahini offer 12% of your daily calcium intake. Also, tahini is easier for the digestive system to break down than dairy.

As a vegan, Nisha believes that using vegan products is important for the health of animals and the environment. She recommends that consumers pay attention to what works for them and that they pay attention to labels. They should focus on using fewer ingredients and choosing foods that are nutritious.

Nisha is also the creator of the popular YouTube channel Rainbow Plant Life. Her channel has more than 685,000 followers and she shares vegan recipes on her Instagram feed.
